Assessment-led Care Starts with Understanding the Full Picture

Our Services: Assessments

Our assessment packages are designed to help identify how different systems in the body are functioning — so care is guided by clarity, relevance, and priority, not guesswork.

Beginning with assessment is a commitment to understanding your health.
Test. Don’t guess.

Assessment at Body Solutions is flexible and individualized. Clients may begin with a comprehensive, whole-body assessment or a more focused evaluation, depending on their needs and goals.

Both options operate within the same whole-body framework and can evolve over time.

  • Balance, visual, or coordination checks when indicated

  • Review of contributing lifestyle or recovery factors
