Ricardo Saikali, RMT, CMAG
Ricardo Saikali has over 20 years of experience in natural health and manual medicine. His training began at Sutherland-Chan College and McMaster University and has been shaped by continued study abroad under international and European clinicians.
Ricardo’s work focuses on assessment-driven care, integrating functional and neural therapy, contemporary medical acupuncture, advanced sports therapy, and organ (visceral) therapy, including spinal biomechanics and cranial nerve and vascular considerations.
In addition to clinical practice, Ricardo has worked as an educator, developer, and independent assessor within the insurance industry and has spent more than 17 years contributing to non-profit and international health initiatives. His approach emphasizes clarity, precision, and long-term functional improvement.

Nicole Gignac, ND
Nicole Gignac is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Ontario with a background in kinesiology and integrative medicine. Her work focuses on supporting energy, resilience, and long-term health through evidence-informed natural therapies.
Nicole integrates nutrition, movement-based strategies, acupuncture, botanical medicine, and personalized lifestyle guidance to support the body’s capacity to adapt and recover. She offers virtual naturopathic consultations across Ontario.
Her areas of clinical focus include digestive and gut health, hormonal balance, stress resilience, sports performance and recovery, chronic pain, and movement optimization.
Naturopathic Doctor
Dorota Kuza is a Registered Physiotherapist with extensive clinical experience, including European training. She has a strong focus in pelvic health physiotherapy for both men and women, as well as pediatric pelvic health concerns.
Her work supports clients managing pelvic floor dysfunction, chronic musculoskeletal pain, postpartum recovery, post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, concussions, vertigo, TMJ dysfunction, and upper extremity conditions.
Dorota’s care is grounded in thorough assessment, patient education, and individualized rehabilitation strategies.

Brenda Villagra, RMT
Brenda Villagra graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Everest College in 2010 and brings over a decade of experience working in multidisciplinary clinical settings.
Her clinical work addresses a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns, including repetitive strain injuries, neck and back pain, shoulder conditions, migraines, TMJ dysfunction, postural imbalances, and recovery following injury or surgery.
Brenda incorporates a range of techniques, including Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretching, traction, and deep tissue work. She is currently expanding her scope through training toward her Registered Holistic Nutrition designation.

Stephanie Henriques
Stephanie brings over 12 years of experience in healthcare and more than a decade in management to her role as Office Manager. She supports daily clinic operations, coordinates scheduling and logistics, and helps ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for clients.
Known for her organization, clear communication, and approachable manner, Stephanie plays a key role in supporting both the clinical team and those entering care.
